Sibur Plans Plasticizer Plant in Perm, Russia 15.06.2017 - The Perm subsidiary of Russian gas and petrochemicals giant Sibur and the Perm territorial government have signed an eight-year special investment contract to set up a plant producing the plasticizer dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP).

DOTP is a key component in flexible PVC applications such as flooring and roofing membranes, wallpaper, cable compounds and automotive interiors. The Sibur DOTP plant in Perm, Russia, is the largest in Europe.
