This specially formulated wax heats quickly and provides excellent adhesion for general lapidary use. Hi-Tech Diamond green dop wax provides a strong adhesive bond for general lapidary use. - Can you put wax in a dopping station?
- I bought a new dopping station for this. I put the whole round piece of wax in. It melted all the way and worked fine the first time but after I let It cool the second time I heated it up , it would not melt. It dried up and formed into hard chunks when I tried to stir it. I’ve been using this wax for a few years now and it’s awesome!
- How do you form dopping wax?
- You can form it really easily with your fingers (it’s hot though, obviously) and the wax detaches from the cab easily once it’s placed in the freezer. It’s got a weird smell, but I’ve grown to love it, haha! You guys are gonna love this Dopping Wax though!! Awesome stuff.
