The TBC plasticization effect on PC T g, mechanical properties and morphology has been investigated by DMTA, DSC, tensile test and SEM. The results show that the TBC content in PC is controlled by plasticization time and temperature. The mass-loss test has confirmed a less lost rate of TBC in PC.
