Sibur to build 100,000 mt/year DOTP plant in Perm by 2025
DOTP is a phthalate-free plasticizer used in cables, flooring and roof coatings and other materials for the construction industry. Production will use Sibur's own feedstocks and is seen as the next step in Sibur's added-value chain. Russia has a basic plasticizers deficit of 60,000 mt/year, which is mainly filled by European supplies.
