You can compress a wad by using the "--compress" command line parameter when packing using Gibbed.Duels.Pack.exe. You can't compress a TDX directly it has to be converted to PNG first (Using the Gibbed.Duels.TdxConvert.exe) then compressed when converting back to TDX.
