A new Magic the Gathering Launcher Application. The allows for starting the Deck Builder, Magic or Shandalar directly from the Launcher as well options for enabling and disabling the Magic Key in the registry. The Manuals can also be viewed from the Launcher.

The new tutorial viewer is also broken under windows 7 as well due to the same issue of basically old unsupport codecs. However this is easily corrected by converting them to wmv files. Note I'm only talking about the videos used on the CD autorun menu, not the actual game itself.

- Should I buy TG16 & PCE CD hardware?
- Three things are certain when getting into PC Engine: You do NOT want to screw around with TG16 and PCE CD hardware unless you are a die-hard fan. Its expensive as all helll, and really prone to screwing up. I can guarantee you that if you buy a regular Duo you will have audio cut-out issues at some point, on top of Gear maintenance.
