The method detection limit (MDL) ranged between 0.09 and 0.24 ng/g for plasticizers, 0.07–0.61 ng/g for PAHs and 0.06 ng/g for BPA. With each set of five samples, one spiked procedural and solvent blank were run to check for background contamination, peak identification and quantification.
