Part of SIBUR-Khimprom, SIBUR's Perm site, the 100 kta DOTP facility is being built under the license from Aekyung Petrochemical, the world’s leading plasticizers manufacturer. The launch was made in May 2025. SIBUR produce DOTP from its own feedstock, to ensure seamless supplies and consistently high product quality.
