UNITEX’s product portfolio will strengthen LANXESS’ leading brands of phthalate-free plasticizers, including Mesamoll, Unimoll, Adimoll and Ultramoll. The size of the global phthalate-free plasticizers market is currently estimated at EUR 1.3 billion and is growing at seven percent per year.

- Specialty chemicals company LANXESS has reached an important step towards more sustainability in its plasticizer portfolio: The Polymer Additives (PLA) business unit now offers a more sustainable solution for its plasticizer Mesamoll.

- One important addition to the new LANXESS portfolio is the K-Flex range of non-phthalate plasticizers and coalescents for adhesives, coatings, sealants and vinyl applications. K-Flex plasticizers optimize production processes and end product properties.

- The phthalate-free, well-gelling and exceptionally saponification-resistant plasticizer can be applied for a wide range of polymers, such as PVC, PUR and rubber.
