Super plasticizer dosage is 0.5- 1 % by weigh of cementitious material. For 100 lbs (45.3 kg) (bag of cement) you'll need approximately 1 lb (0.45 kg) of GlobMarbe super plasticizer. We recommend to start with 1% by cement weight, then lower the dosage as needed.
